Beth Louise Hoffman is a health policy fellow at the Center for the Study of the Presidency.  She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brown University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology.  While a student at Brown, Beth served as an EMT for the campus emergency medical service, held a leadership position in the first-year peer advising program, was a teaching assistant for two courses on community health, and conducted research on both infectious diseases and adolescent depression.  In the fall of 2008, Beth will be a first year medical student at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.
